1. Assistant Accounting Manager
• Report to Sr. & General Manager
• Confers with the Senior manager on financial report
• Provides and manages accounting support tasks to the accounting department.
• Cooperates with the team to establish documented guidelines for accounting processes.
• Assist manager on taxation, liaison with auditors, other filings, and procedures.
• Settles/closes accounts at the end of every month, quarter, and year.
• Research, tracks, and restores accounting problems and discrepancies.
• Maintains accounting documents
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Bilingual in English & Korean
• Understanding of B/S, P/L, and other related financial statements
• Knowledge and experience utilizing QuickBooks accounting system
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient, quick, and comfortable with personal computer navigation and operation

2. Quality Assistant Manager
• Reviews the reports of QC activities, test reports of materials, problems during the day.
• Implements internal/external quality requirements to ensure company products/services.
• Trains production personnel to enhance their skill and knowledge.
• Performs analysis of raw materials and designs for quality, cost, and effectiveness.
• Monitors the analysis/inspection of raw materials and final products.
• Ensures QC check list is being followed and keeps the finalized checklist for review.
• Ensures manufacturing processes comply with local and global standards of production.
• Specifies quality requirements for raw materials obtained from vendors and suppliers.
• Conducts quality audits to make sure set quality policies and procedures are being adhered to.
• Oversees the training of quality assurance personnel to ensure an effective work unit.
• Maintains proper records and documentation of quality tests and quality-related activities.
• Prepares and presents to senior management reports of quality operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related fields, preferred.
• Knowledge of computer and measuring instruments.
• Experience in an automotive manufacturing company strongly preferred.
• 2+ year of experience in inspection and measurement at a manufacturing.
• 2+ years in QC or Production Experience.
• Bilingual in English and Korean required, Spanish is a plus.
• Analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Close attention to detail.
• Good organizational and strong interpersonal skills.
• Overtime expected and required on short notice, with flexibility based on schedules.
• Proficient, quick and, comfortable with personal computer navigation and operation.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Flexibility based on plant production schedules.

3. Quality Control Specialist
• Submits reports to Quality Control Manager.
• Checks and signs off on each pallet of the block to be shipped.
• Periodically trains production personnel per proper QC procedures.
• Performs analysis of raw materials and designs for quality, cost, and effectiveness.
• Maintains all equipment required for quality control testing.
• Ensures parts meet above standard specifications and are approved acceptable to supply.
• Performs complete layout inspection by measuring dimensions, such as length, height,
and distance, between reference points, using precision instruments.
• Maintains record of inspections and prepares list of defects, interacts with other departments
to ensure compliance with specification and to facilitate the acceptance of parts.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Science, Mathematics, mechanical engineering)
• Knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Experience with a manufacturing or processing.
• Good organizational and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient, quick and, comfortable with personal computer navigation and operation.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.
• Experience in inspection and measurement of auto body parts preferred.
• The office is located inside the plant with equipment noise and frequent interruptions
such as phone calls and contact with staffs.

4. Packing Specialist
• Provides daily direction and leadership to the Packing Department team members.
• Responsible for generating data sets pertaining to packing specs, conditions, and labels.
• Responsible for calculating staffing level data, packing throughput, and inventory.
• Makes assessments to managers to gauge daily packing output and take follow-up actions.
• Accountable for staffing, training, motivation, and leadership within area of responsibility.
• Ensures that all employees in the Packing Department are properly trained with Packing Supervisor.
• Ensures that materials packed are verified against pertinent documentation with client company.
• Establishes and maintains procedures for determining and meeting company and customer packing
commitments by handling materials, providing labor, and effective use of time.
• Recommends and assists in implementing operating procedures and promotes continual
improvement
• Follows shipping methods for materials using the operations procedures.
• Resolves emergent issues for expedited deliveries to the customer and/or job site.
• Monitors the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of packing inventories.
• Interfaces with other departments to resolve problems with timely delivery or disposition of
order cancellations.
• Ensures that daily goals are met and sustained daily/weekly/monthly.
• Identifies roadblocks to processes and procedures and offers suggestions for improvement.
• Ensures that all manufactured products and raw materials are effectively managed and
approved through quality inspection.
• Promotes a safe work environment and ensures that all employees in the Packing Department
are following safety rules and regulations.

5. Operation Manager
• Ability to communicate with assigned drivers and engage them to work daily.
• Daily delivery Planning & dispatching.
• Monitor daily delivery activity and Resolve issues if faced.
• Assist in the operation and coordination of dispatching.
• Occasionally answer phone calls after hours.
• Must have ability to Order & Fleet Dispatching experience.
• Must have ability to Logistic/Trucking experience.
• Must have ability to Ocean plate experience.
• English & Korean bilingual.
• MS Office
