1. Accounting Manager

Qualifications
•Education Requirement: Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
•At least 6 years of experience in specifically corporate accounting
•Support Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) accounting with local GAAP
adjustments
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
•Experiences in Reconciliation (physical & recording)
•Must be sufficient in MS Excel
•Must be eligible to work in the U.S
•Don't sponsor H-1 VISA / Greencard
•Anaheim, CA 92806: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

Responsibilities
•Position Open: Accounting Manager
•Provide timely and accurate monthly financial reporting to the Director of Finance
& Operations
•Analyze monthly financials and provide the variance analysis during the monthly review
meeting
•Analyze all balance sheet accounts and ensure that the accounts are reconciled monthly
•Work closely with the Director of Finance & Operations to tightly manage project
performance
•Provide project performance reports in a variety of ways
•Understand company operations, document system requirements, and assist in the
implementation of new financial management and project management system
•Evaluate company processes, procedures, controls, and systems technology to determine
the most efficient work process opportunities
•Provide the monthly cash flow forecast and working capital reporting information to the
Corporate
•Lead all day-to-day finance operations, including functional responsibility over accounting,
accounts receivable, and accounts payable

2. Assistant Operation Manager

Responsibilities and Role:
• Schedules routes and communicates with Field Technicians and Engineers regarding equipment installs, repair visits, other service calls and miscellaneous field duties
• Interfaces with and tasks Warehouse Technicians regarding daily warehouse duties, priorities and objectives
• Reviews operational metrics with technicians and engineers, that will affect daily planning and performance including service and customer satisfaction
• Works directly with Operations Coordinators to prioritize and assign upcoming tasks to available technicians based on region, urgency and other logistical considerations
• Regularly monitors output and efficiency of technicians, relaying to management any relevant observations and concerns
• Escalates unresolved issues relayed from the field to appropriate management
• Cross-trained for other roles in the department to provide coverage during absences (will get trained GC engineering as well)

Candidate Competencies:
• 0+ years of experience in: service-technician dispatch operations and freight/logistics account management
• Experience working with manufacturing & mechanical engineering is a plus
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Mechanic, Logistics or a related area highly preferred
• Time management, organizational and multitasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced team environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals
• Software skills, including use Microsoft Office, inventory management applications and dispatch/scheduling programs (You will get trained)
• This position will require standard work hours. Dispatch and scheduling occurs with technicians based in all US time zones, with the majority currently based in California


3. Production Control Manager

• Works with Sr. Manager to determine production requirements and understands orders.
• Estimates time and materials requirements, checks inventory status.
• Distributes production schedules and work orders to departments.
• Documents review (production schedules, work orders to determine materials requirements).
• Requisitions and maintains inventories of materials or supplies necessary.
• May coordinate arrangements for delivery.
• Confers with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress.
• Confers with customers to coordinate production or shipping activities.
• Examines documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess
completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
• Monitoring production data, including volume produced or consumption of raw materials.
• Contacts suppliers to verify shipment details and coordinate shipping activities with external
parties.
• Compiles and inputs information related to Production data, quality score, inventories,
transportation, or purchase.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years manufacturing and purchasing experience.
• Knowledge of inventory/EO management; import/export experience.
• Prior logistics experience preferred.
• Experience supervising staff. Manager, Prod. Control Job Description
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload.
• Communication skills both verbal as well as written.
• Overtime expected and required on short notice, with flexibility based on plant production
schedules.
• Strong math skills, with capability of understanding and conducting basic arithmetic and
statistical operations.
• Ability to quickly recognize errors and inconsistencies in numerical data (good analysis skills).
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Close attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Walk, lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of
time.
• Perform all work safely in a fast-paced work environment.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, use hands to handle objects and reach with hands and arms.
• Will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers or standing for hours
at a time.
• The incumbent is located in a quiet office area and is faced with constant phone interactions
and will be in contact with other staffs.
